What we do
We provide property-based information and indicative heating and cooling cost estimates, and we connect you with vetted installers who can quote for the work you are interested in. We are a lead-generation and introduction service. We do not carry out installations, we are not a party to any contract you enter into with an installer, and we do not supply equipment.
Estimates are indicative, not quotations
Any figures shown are indicative estimates based on available property information and modelling assumptions. They are not quotations or professional heating or cooling designs. Final equipment selection, system sizing and price must be confirmed by a suitably qualified installer following an assessment of the property. Gas work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. You should not rely on our estimates as the final cost of any work.
Enquiries and installers
When you submit an enquiry, we share your details with a limited number of vetted installers so they can contact you. Any quote, agreement or work is solely between you and the installer. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, timing or outcome of work carried out by installers, and you should carry out your own checks before entering into any agreement.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or another person’s details without their permission. The site, its content and its branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our liability
We provide the site and estimates “as is” and do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the estimates or from any dealings with installers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
