The data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Enquiry details you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address the enquiry relates to, and the details of the work you want quotes for.
• Property information associated with an address, such as energy performance (EPC) characteristics, floor area and property type. This is drawn from publicly available sources and combined with our own modelling to produce indicative estimates.
• Technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data and our lawful bases

• To respond to your enquiry and pass it to a small number of vetted installers so they can contact you with a quote. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry.
• To generate indicative property estimates and improve our models and service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.
• To operate, secure and maintain the website and prevent misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations where these apply. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.

Who we share it with

When you request quotes, we share your enquiry with a limited number of vetted installers or suppliers so they can provide you with a quote. We do not sell your personal data. We also use trusted service providers (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions.

International transfers

As we are established in Romania (an EU member state) and serve users in the United Kingdom, your data may be processed in the EU and the UK. Both maintain data protection standards recognised as adequate, and where data is transferred we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to provide the service, deal with any follow-up, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data, or restrict or object to our processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
